About Us

Born and raised in Salem, Oregon, Karisa comes from a family of century farmers and local business owners, instilling in her a strong work ethic and a client-first mindset. Surrounded by real estate from a young age—with her mother, grandmother, and aunt all working in the industry—she learned the value of home ownership early, purchasing her first property at 21.

Her background in the restaurant business sharpened her customer service skills and her ability to connect with all personality types. In 2018, Karisa turned her lifelong passion into a career, helping clients achieve their real estate dreams.

Karisa and her husband, Ben, have three children—two teenage boys and a spirited daughter who keeps the household lively. In her spare time, she enjoys DIY projects, family activities, Disney adventures, working out, and indulging her love of sci-fi.

After the sudden loss of her dad in 2023, Karisa was thrust into the probate world. Managing her father’s Estate, becoming the Personal Representative and selling his condo taught her a lot about the process and how important it is to have compassion and understanding during difficult times of loss.

Karisa treats every client like family, taking the time to understand their goals, interests, and needs so she can guide them through the buying or selling process with care and dedication.
